I am a former senior corporate leader, TEDx speaker, and yoga practitioner whose work sits at the intersection of leadership stress, burnout, and nervous system regulation.
My journey spans high-pressure corporate boardrooms, deep personal healing, and national and global platforms where I now speak and teach about sustainable performance, recovery, and inner regulation.

I began my career as an Engineer (Electronics & Communication) and went on to complete an MBA in Human Resources from IMI New Delhi.
Over the next 15+ years, I built a senior corporate career across large Indian and multinational organizations, with deep specialization in:
My roles included regional and global responsibilities across India, APAC, and MEA, working closely with CXOs, senior leaders, and HR leadership teams.
I understand corporate pressure not as a concept, but as a lived reality, deadlines, expectations, constant decision-making, and the invisible cost of sustained high performance.

Alongside my professional life, I navigated significant personal experiences, health challenges, surgeries, recovery phases, motherhood, and physical injury, all while continuing to function at a high level.
These experiences revealed something that corporate success never teaches:
The body keeps score,
especially under chronic stress.
I began to see clearly that burnout is not about weakness, mindset, or lack of resilience.
It is a physiological state that develops quietly over years of survival-mode living.
This realization reshaped the direction of my work.
I am a certified yoga teacher, formally trained in yogic practices, breathwork, and embodied regulation.
My approach, however, is not rooted in fitness yoga or spiritual bypassing.
